How Wiikom uses artificial intelligence, and what we commit to doing with your data.
Our approach
At Wiikom, AI has a simple role: to save you time on your calls (reliable transcription, appropriate answers, instant call reports, appointment booking), while remaining controlled, secure and transparent.
Our services are intended for professional (B2B) users and are not intended for minors.
How does it work?
During a call, speech is converted into text, an AI generates a response according to your instructions, then a synthetic voice speaks it. At the end, a summary is created in your account.
We send AI components only the information they need, with a preference for processing hosted in the European Union. If a provider is outside the EU, the transfer is legally governed (Standard Contractual Clauses) and “no-training” options are enabled where available.
What we guarantee
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, strict access control, logging. Access to recordings and transcripts is restricted to authorized profiles. Continuous monitoring and rapid remediation of any anomaly.
Privacy
Your data is not used to train public models.
Transparency
Wiikom uses AI to transcribe and understand conversations, generate a spoken response in real time and provide a call report, sharing with providers only the data that is strictly necessary.
Compliance
Aligned with the GDPR and the principles of the 2026 AI Act: data minimization, security, documentation, records, handling of requests. For calls, Wiikom acts as a data processor: you remain in control of the purposes and the legal basis.
Ethics
AI assists your teams; it does not make autonomous decisions that affect a person. We follow a supervised process of continuous improvement and guard against bias.
