The wiikom.com website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. cloudflare.com.

The marketing website is served by Cloudflare. The Wiikom platform (customer area, agents, recordings, transcripts and call summaries) is hosted on Microsoft Azure, with data hosted and processed in France. Additional sub-processors may be involved for certain features (see the Privacy policy).

3. Purpose and scope

This Legal notice governs access to and use of the Site wiikom.com. Every user acknowledges that they accept its terms and undertake to comply with them, as well as with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Liability

Availability

Wiikom makes every effort to ensure the continuous accessibility of the Site. Interruptions (maintenance, updates, force majeure) may occur without notice; Wiikom cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability.

Hyperlinks

The Site may contain links to third-party websites over which Wiikom has no control and for which it accepts no liability. Access to them is at the user's sole responsibility.

Security and Internet-related risks

Wiikom applies reasonable protective measures. However, the user acknowledges that the absolute security of transmissions cannot be guaranteed; Wiikom cannot be held liable for damage resulting in particular from viruses, intrusions or data loss.

Wiikom acts as data controller for the data collected via the Site (forms, demo, contact, audience measurement depending on cookie settings). Full details are set out in our Privacy policy, which shall prevail.

To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability), contact contact@wiikom.com. Where Wiikom operates services on behalf of a customer (AI agents), requests relating to calls and transcriptions are, in principle, forwarded to the customer acting as data controller.

7. Terms of use

The user undertakes to use the Site in compliance with applicable laws, not to infringe the rights of third parties or public order, and not to attempt to disrupt its proper operation (fraud, intrusion, overloading, data extraction). Wiikom reserves the right to take any appropriate action in the event of a violation.

8. Services not intended for minors

The Site, the SaaS platform and the AI agent services are intended for a professional (B2B) audience. They are not intended for minors.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable agreement, jurisdiction is conferred on the competent French courts.
